    AJ Allmendinger fastest in the second NSCS Darlington Dodge Challenger 500 practice.

    Impact: Allmendinger, at 178.679 mph in the #84 Red Bull Toyota, was the fastest of the 45 cars out on the track for the second practice leading to Saturday night's event. #88 Dale Earnhardt Jr., #22 Dave Blaney, #18 Kyle Busch and #16 Greg Biffle were the rest of the top 5 on the speed chart. Matt Kenseth in the #17 Ford was slowest (171.441 mph).

    Kyle Busch leads the first practice for the May 10th Dodge Challenger 500 at the Darlington Raceway.

    Impact: Busch's lap of 175.522 mph in the #18 M&M's Indiana Jones Toyota was the quickest of the 45 cars out on the track for the first practice leading to Saturday night's race. #11 Denny Hamlin, #88 Dale Earnhardt Jr., #28 Travis Kvapil and #20 Tony Stewart were the rest of the top 5 on the speed chart. #99 Carl Edwards at 169.263 mph was the slowest in this session.

    Brad Keselowski leads the Thursday first practice session for Friday night's Nationwide Series Diamond Hill Plywood 200 at the Darlington Raceway.

    Impact: Keselowski's lap of 172.432 mph in the #88 NAVY Chevrolet was the quickest of the 43 cars running in this session. #2 Clint Bowyer, #38 Jason Leffler, #6 David Ragan and #32 Kyle Busch were the rest of the top 5 on the speed chart. The #46 Red Line Oil Dodge, driven by Carl Long, was the slowest.

    Denny Hamlin tops the speed chart in the final two practices for the Nationwide Series May 9th Diamond Hill Plywood 200 at the Darlington Raceway.

    Impact: Hamlin ran laps of 178.348 mph (second session) and 177.479 mph (Happy Hour) in the Joe Gibbs Racing #18 Farm Bureau Insurance Toyota leading up to Friday night's NNS event.

    Brad Keselowski will drive the No. 88 Navy Accelerate Your Life Chevrolet at the newly-paved Darlington Raceway in Friday's NASCAR Nationwide Series Diamond Hill Plywood 200.

    Impact: The race will be his second start at the 1.366-mile track. In last year's race Keselowski started 30th and finished 36th in the No. 23 car. In two starts at Darlington Raceway the No. 88 team's best finish is 18th. Keselowski will drive Chassis No 382 on Friday. In his last race in No. 382, Keselowski finished 4th at Bristol.(JR Motorsports PR)

    Friday night's race marks the one-year anniversary of CJM Racing's inaugural NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Darlington Raceway.

    Impact: Darlington is considered Keller's `home town' track as he resides in Greenville, SC. He posted a 14th place finish in the Diamond Hill Plywood 200 last year. Keller has 25 starts at Darlington; including three top-five and nine top-10 finishes. He currently averages a starting position of 19th and a finishing position of 15th at Darlington.(CJM Racing PR)
