  Clint Bowyer and the No. 33 Richard Childress Racing team posted their second consecutive seventh-place finish in Sunday's Checker O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 at Phoenix International Raceway, clintbowyer.com reports.

  Impact:
  Bowyer is running like a Top 10 driver in the closing races of 2009. His 16th Top-10 finish of the season at PIR on Sunday continues to build momentum for the team. Bowyer is a driver to watch closely next season, and he should regain Chase for the Cup form.

  The No. 33 Richard Childress Racing team has unloaded a fast car this weekend at Fort Worth. Bowyer topped Greg Biffle to turn the fastest laps of the first session. He should challenge for a Top-5 finish in Sunday's Dickies 500.

  The No. 33 team is bringing a good chassis to Fort Worth this weekend and Bowyer has the resume at the Texas oval to finish well this weekend. He could crack the Top 5 in Sunday's Dickies 500 just like he did in this event one year ago.

  Clint Bowyer was fastest in Happy Hour practice for the AMP Energy Drink 500 at Talladega Superspeedway on Friday. He turned a fast lap of 193.154 mph.

  Impact:
  Bowyer bounced back from an accident in the first practice that sent his No. 33 Chevy to the garage for repairs. He responded by coming back out for final practice and turning the fastest laps of the session at Talladega. Bowyer has a good restrictor-plate racing history so he should challenge the Top 10 in Sunday's 500-mile race.

  Impact:
  The restrictor-plate tracks in general have been good to Bowyer, but this season has been spotty at best for the No. 33 RCR team. Bowyer's last visit to Talladega in the spring saw him get caught up in an early multi-car accident. However, Bowyer has the ability to finish in the Top 10 at this super speedway and he drove this week's primary car to a Top 5 in the Daytona 500.

  Bowyer led the final 83 laps and captured his second win of the season on Saturday at the Monster Mile. This was just his ninth start of the season for this very strong Nationwide Series team.

  Impact:
  Bowyer piloted the No. 29 RCR Chevrolet to the top of the charts in opening practice at the Monster Mile. This team and driver have had their share of success at the one-mile oval, so a Top-5 finish on Saturday afternoon is quite possible.

  Bowyer has been steady and consistent in recent weeks. Top-10 finishes have become a habit with the RCR No. 33 team. Bowyer will carry the momentum of this good run to Dover this week, and likely challenge for another Top-10 finish at the Monster Mile.

He should challenge the Top 10 at Atlanta Motor Speedway this weekend.
