Impact:
Bodine surrendered the lead late when Kyle Busch and Aric Almirola teamed up and made the race-winning pass. Up to that point Bodine had led 24 laps and looked like a sure winner at Talladega. His ninth Top-5 finish of 2009 helped him to hold onto fourth-place in the championship standings.
Todd Bodine finished second in the Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway on Saturday.
Impact:
The veteran driver kept the No. 30 Toyota in the Top 10 for much of the race. He was unable to reel in race winner Timothy Peters in the closing laps and had to settle for his eighth Top 5 of the season. Bodine moves into fourth-place in the overall standings at 560 points behind leader Ron Hornaday Jr.

Bodine's No. 30 Toyota was the only truck on the track at Chicago that had anything for race winner Kyle Busch. Bodine stayed up front the entire race and led 39 laps. The runner-up finish was his sixth Top 5 of the season. Bodine takes over fourth-place in the championship standings as a result.
Todd Bodine was fastest in Happy Hour practice for the EnjoyIllinois.com 225 Camping World Truck Series race at Chicagoland Speedway on Friday. He turned a fast lap of 173.756 mph.
Impact:
Bodine really put the No. 30 Toyota through it's paces in final practice at Chicago on Friday. He beat out truck series star Kyle Busch to turn the fastest lap of final practice. Bodine could be poised for his best finish in the truck series in several weeks at Chicago on Friday night.
