Game may not be used in connection with any form of gambling. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering the Game, participants agree to provide certain personally identifiable information to TSI which shall become the property of TSI for the benefit of NASCAR. 2. HOW TO ENTER.
There is no purchase necessary or a fee to register. NASCAR.COM will conduct a Game in tandem with the 2008 Sprint NASCAR season (the "Season"). Access the NASCAR website at http://fantasy.nascar.com and follow the instructions to register for the Game. Read and follow the How to Play. Game begins February 1, 2008, 5:00 PM ET and ends November 16, 2008, one (1) hour prior to the start of the last Race, as defined below (the "Game Period"). Participants of the Game will be encouraged to predict one (1) driver each week who will finish in the top-10 of the weekly NASCAR Sprint Cup Race (the "Race"). Participants can enter at any time during the Game Turn. Entries will be accepted until the official scheduled TV broadcast start time of the weekly race. To enter, participants must log on and register with NASCAR.COM and submit a predicted finish of a top-10 driver in that week's Race. No purchase is necessary and there is no fee for registration. Participants may change their predictions as often as they like until the Deadline. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) who is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified. Limit four (4) entries per person. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the participant ineligible.
  3. SCORING.
For each race in which you correctly predict a top-10 finisher, you will earn that driver's actual Sprint Cup points. If you correctly predict a top-10 finisher in the next race, you're streak grows to two and you'll earn twenty bonus points. As long as you keep your streak going, you will earn [streak length*10] bonus points.

This game will utilize the final “Race Results” scoring for all drivers on the NASCAR.com website for scoring. In the event of penalty points assessed to a driver, the scoring for this game will only reflect the penalty points if penalty is announced by 5pm ET on the Tuesday following the race and the official “Race Results” on the NASCAR.com page are changed to reflect this penalty. Any penalties assessed that aren’t reflected n Race Results or are made after 5pm ET on the Tuesday following the race will not be used for this game. Any penalties announced that impact overall standings only and are not reflected in the official race results will not be used in this game. Updating of scores on the fantasy site may take a few hours before they are reflected on the team boxscore or standings reports.

Once your selected driver fails to finish in the top-10, you're streak reverts to zero.
  4. HOW TO WIN.
A total of two (2) grand prizes ("Grand Prizes") will be awarded to the verified winners ("Grand Prize Winners").
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the eligible participant who correctly predicts at least one driver who finishes in the top ten (10) each week for the most consecutive weeks (the "Streak") as determined by the official results of NASCAR. If there are multiple participants who tie for the longest Streak then the number of first place winning drivers predicted will be determined. In the event there are multiple participants who have the same longest Streak and number of first place winning drivers, a random drawing will be conducted by Game Administrator. The decisions of Game Administrator will be final and binding.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the eligible participant who collects the highest number of points based on their cumulative Streaks as determined by game rules ("Cumulative Streak Points"). If there are multiple participants who tie for the most Cumulative Streak Points, then the number of first place winning drivers predicted will be determinative. In the event there are multiple participants who have the same Cumulative Streak Points and number of first place winning drivers, a random drawing will be conducted by Game Administrator. The decisions of Game Administrator will be final and binding. Grand Prize Winners will be determined on or about November 18, 2008. Grand Prize Winners will be notified within fourteen (14) days of the day the prize was determined and will only be notified by Game Administrator online at the email address listed on each winner's entry form. Game Administrator will make three attempts to notify each online winner. Grand Prize Winners must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and return of all necessary releases.
  5. PRIZES.
Each Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) tickets to the 2009 Sprint Cup Event (the "Event") of his or her choice at an approximate market value ("AMV") of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250). Total AMV of Game: Five Hundred Dollars ($500). If a Grand Prize Winner chooses the Race that is nearest to his or her residence but is more than 100 miles away from his or her residence, Sponsor will provide transportation to and from the Race and accommodation for one (1) night of Sponsor's choosing. A Grand Prize Winner may choose to attend a Race that is not the Race nearest to his or her residence, but in that instance, Sponsor will not provide transportation to and from the Race. Each Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest must attend the Event together. Grand Prize Winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly provided for above including but not limited to transportation to and from the Event, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls or other personal expenses incurred. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by Grand Prize Winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prizes of like value in the event the described prizes, or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Grand Prize Winners are responsible for reporting and payment of all taxes and hereby authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, to the extent required by law.

Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's and/or Game Administrator's discretion. In the event any winner declines his or her prize or fails to return completed releases, except where prohibited by law, Sponsor and/or Game Administrator may elect, at their own discretion, to select an alternate winner. Where guest(s) is a minor, winner must be the parent or legal guardian and request and execute releases on behalf of minor.

Winners, by acceptance of the prizes, agree to release Game Entities from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.

Game Entities and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or incomplete entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause either contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or from participation in the Game; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Game.

In the event of sabotage, acts of God, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor's control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Game, Sponsor or Game Administrator reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Game. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor and/or Game Administrator reserve the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. Where the Game has been cancelled prior to stated expiration date, notice will be posted at www.nascar.com.
